**What You'll Do**
What You’ll Do
- Assist experienced technicians in diagnosing, servicing, and maintaining Tesla vehicles using advanced software and tools
- Learn to troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and software systems, step by step, with support
- Help prepare vehicles for delivery, ensuring quality and safety standards are met
- Collaborate with team members across the region, sharing insights and learning from others
- Take part in ongoing training and skill development, and eventually lead your own repairs as you grow
**What You'll Bring**
We’re Looking For
- No prior automotive experience required, this is a great entry point for those just starting out, through a strong interest in cars, engineering, or technology, whether through hobbies (e.g., building, modifying, or restoring vehicles), tinkering, or technical projects
- Experience in mechanical, electrical, or technical fields (e.g., electronics, robotics, manufacturing, aviation, marine, or DIY projects) even if not in vehicles
- A willingness to learn, adapt, and ask questions
- Good communication skills in English
- A full Norwegian driver’s license (required for safety and service delivery)
💡 Bonus if you’ve ever: built a robot, repaired a bike, modded a car, worked with circuits, or taken apart a gadget to see how it works. We love that kind of curiosity.
