OSO Hotwater AS is a European market leader in the production of stainless, smart and energy-efficient water heaters. Since our establishment in 1932, we have been a technology pioneer, and today our high-tech production and product development takes place in modern premises in Hokksund, Norway. OSO Hotwater is part of the OSO Group, which has 3 factories, two of which are in Norway and one in Sweden, in addition to sales companies in Norway, Sweden, Finland, England and Canada. **About the position**
As Business Controller, you will play a key role in further developing financial management, reporting and decision support at OSO Hotwater. You will work closely with management and contribute analyses, insights and improvement proposals that strengthen profitability, efficiency and control across the business.
**Responsibilities**
- Financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting
- Profitability and cost analyses for business areas
- Monitoring key performance indicators and further developing management tools
- Identifying improvement opportunities and efficiency measures
- Supporting decision-making processes with data-driven insight, including the use of artificial intelligence where relevant
- Contributing to ad hoc analyses and projects
**Qualifications and personal qualities**
- Education in economics, finance or a related field
- Experience from controlling, financial management or auditing
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data
- Good business understanding and the ability to see the bigger picture
- Experience from a manufacturing company is an advantage
- Strong skills in Excel and financial systems, preferably Power BI and Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations
- Proactive, independent and clear in your communication
