**Country Partner Norway - International Investments - Confidential search**
We assist and support an established International Real Estate Investment solution Company in identifyring long term Country Partners in Norrhern Europe.
Right now, the stepstones are being laid for an attractive expansion and therefore we are looking for Country Partners for in Sweden, Norway and Germany.
The focus is on capital and investor relationships, while all investment exceution and projects are handled centrally in Malaga, Spain. The investment planform for the clients of the company have solutions starting from 200.000 to 15.000.000 euros.
As Country Partner you role will be to build up the market in Norway and find local clients in Norway who are interested in investments with high ROI in the above mentioned ticket size.
The Country Partner role is with very high potentials.
The rule suits only professionals with one or more of these expertises:
- Strong investor/HNWI relationships, can also be within luxury products to the same client types
- Experience with investor driven real estate or private capital solutions,
- Real estate agents or private company within real estate business
- You can also have been working within leasing, financing or insurance business
- If you are capital investor or Real estate investor yourself - then this is also a very good match.
Important is you have expertise within the above and you are interested in a long term performance based international parter model.
