We are seeking a structured and service-oriented Customer Coordinator for our valued client within the maritime industry in Bergen. You will serve as a key point of contact for customers and help ensure a seamless customer experience.
**The position is a maternity cover with start-up in January 2026.**
As a Customer Coordinator, you will handle quotations, orders, and deliveries, working closely with internal teams to ensure quality and efficiency.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Handle customer inquiries and manage the entire order process
- Communicate proactively with customers and ensure on-time deliveries
- Register and follow up on complaints and deviations
- Contribute to process improvements and increased customer satisfaction
- Support the sales department with administrative tasks
**Qualifications**
- Strong English skills, both written and spoken
- Proficient in MS Office and G-Suite (ERP experience is an advantage)
- Structured, detail-oriented, and solution-focused
- Enjoys customer interaction and cross-functional collaboration
- High sense of responsibility and ownership of tasks
