Corporate with the Technical Manager to charge the responsibilities as below:
**Responsibilities**
- Quality & Compliance Management: Develop new energy bus maintenance standards and fault diagnosis procedures, ensuring alignment with Norwegian requirements, environmental rules and safety norms. Oversee battery operations and waste disposal compliance. Liaise with the Norwegian Public Roads Administration to implement latest policies.
- Technical & Fault Handling: Troubleshoot medium-to-high difficulty vehicle faults, compile typical cases and solutions to reduce recurrence. Review maintenance plans, supervise workshop technical work, resolve complex issues, and inspect finished vehicles to meet safety and performance standards. Handle major quality objections, technical disputes and complaints, with root-cause analysis and improvement measures.
- Team Building: Organize professional training, assessments and daily guidance to enhance technicians’ practical skills and team competence, establishing a talent development mechanism.
- Liaison & Customer Service: Act as the key liaison between the workshop, customers and external parties such as regulators, suppliers. Provide technical consulting, explain maintenance plans, conduct regular customer reports, and address dissatisfaction to improve customer satisfaction.
- Operation Optimization: Coordinate front desk and workshop work, optimize service processes. Arrange inspection activities, collect local vehicle data and parts specs, verify compatibility, and offer inventory optimization suggestions.
