As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you’ll play a key role in increasing our visibility across digital channels and driving demand for
CatalystOne’s
offerings. Your work will directly contribute to team KPIs such as lead generation, conversion rates, and new deals.

What You’ll Do as a Digital Marketing Specialist
Your responsibilities will evolve in collaboration with the Digital Marketing Manager, but here’s what you can expect to start with:
- Maintain and update our website
- Optimise for SEO and ensure first-page rankings
- Activate, manage, and optimise paid campaigns
- Design and set up digital ads, newsletters, landing pages, and more
- Build campaigns and automation flows in HubSpot
- Run A/B tests across channels
- Track, report, and analyse campaign performance
- Ensure data quality in CRM and CMS platforms
- Conduct audits to improve performance
- Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity
- Collaborate with the marketing team to hit shared KPIs
**What We’re Looking For**
- Ideally 2–5 years of experience, but we’re open to recent graduates with the right skills and mindset
- Solid understanding of digital marketing methods (content marketing, inbound methodology)
- **Hands-on experience with:**
- CRM tools
- CMS/marketing automation
- Google Ads & Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Knowledge of SEO best practices
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and Figma (nice to have)
- Experience using AI tools in marketing
- HTML/CSS knowledge (beneficial)
- Strong planning and communication skills in English (Scandinavian language is a plus)
- A good eye for design and attention to detail
