**Receptionist – Infiniti Dealership**
We’re looking for a friendly, professional Receptionist to be the first smiling face and voice customers experience when they walk in or call our Infiniti dealership.


**Key Responsibilities**

- Greet all customers in a warm, professional manner as soon as they arrive
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls quickly and politely
- Schedule service appointments using our dealership management system
- Check customers in for service and notify advisors when they arrive
- Handle cash, credit, and payment transactions for service visits
- Maintain a clean and organized reception and waiting area
- Provide excellent customer service and answer basic dealership questions
- Support the service and parts teams with administrative tasks as needed

**What We’re Looking For**

- Previous receptionist or customer service experience (dealership experience is a plus)
- Friendly, upbeat personality with strong communication skills
- Comfortable multitasking in a busy, fast-paced environment
- Excellent phone etiquette and computer skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to work Saturdays
