#### **Role Overview**
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Salesperson to support the promotion and sales of our luxury leather bag collection. The ideal candidate has a passion for high-end fashion, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.
#### **Key Responsibilities**
- Promote and sell LEÓN BIANCA products to prospective customers
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience aligned with luxury brand standards
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business
- Identify new sales opportunities and actively contribute to brand growth
- Represent the brand at events, pop-ups, and retail locations (if applicable)
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of product features and brand story
#### **Requirements**
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in luxury retail or fashion
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong sense of style and understanding of luxury branding
- Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluency in Norwegian is a plus
