**Role Description**
This is a full-time for a Junior/Senior Mortgage Loan Officer based in Oslo. The role involves managing the mortgage lending process, including initial customer interactions, assessing applications, and underwriting loan approvals. The Mortgage Loan Officer will work closely with customers to provide guidance and tailored mortgage solutions, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Effective communication and collaboration with internal teams to meet lending goals are also key responsibilities.
**Qualifications**
- For the senior role we expect strong knowledge of Loan Processing, Mortgage Industry practices, and expertise in Mortgage Lending, the junior role may be new to the job, yet should have deep knowledge and understanding of the finance industry, specifically neobanks.
- Experience in Underwriting and analyzing loan applications
- Proficiency in Customer Service, with skills in relationship management and problem-solving
- Ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment with excellent time management and organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field (preferred)
- Previous experience in the financial or banking industry is an advantage
- Fluency in Norwegian, and proficiency in English required
- Oslo location non-negotiable
