**Responsibilities**
- Strategic Execution for Overseas Legal Department: Take ownership of the overseas legal team’s strategic initiatives and key tasks as assigned, ensuring successful implementation and accountability for outcomes.
- Legal Support for Overseas Operations: Provide legal advisory, process handling, document and policy review and revision for the assigned business units, issue legal oversight opinions, and mitigate legal risks.
- Overseas Contract Risk Management: Utilize contract management tools to establish and maintain foundational contract classification systems (including contract templates, key elements, review checklists, authorization levels, performance lists, and archiving lists). Continuously update and improve contract control policies, support the optimization of approval workflows, and conduct post-mortem analyses on transaction risk incidents.
- Overseas Compliance Risk Management: Lead compliance risk identification, develop mitigation measures, and update relevant policies to enhance the company’s overseas compliance risk management capabilities. Serve as the point of contact for regional compliance consultations, issue risk control recommendations, and ensure implementation of risk mitigation actions.
- Legal Training and Capability Building: Deliver training and empower business teams based on operational needs.
- Management of Non-litigious Disputes Overseas: Handle regional claims and non-litigious disputes, including resolution and post-case reviews.
- External Legal Resource Management: Establish, manage, and maintain relationships with external legal partners in the region. Ensure at least one law firm per country is engaged, and where feasible, build specialized partnerships by practice area.
