**About the Role**

As a mechanic, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of Yutong electric/hybrid buses, with a focus on ensuring all vehicles meet Norwegian safety standards.

**Responsibilities**

- Perform daily maintenance and repair tasks for Yutong pure electric/hybrid new energy buses; accurately conduct inspection procedures for the three-electric system (battery, motor, electronic control), chassis, electrical equipment, and other components. Strictly comply with Yutong technical specifications and local safety and environmental requirements in Norway.
- Conduct routine troubleshooting and repair of vehicle faults. Based on repair requests and diagnostic tool data, quickly identify issues (e.g., abnormal battery charging/discharging, motor noise) and complete repairs in accordance with standards, ensuring vehicles meet Norwegian road safety requirements after repair.
- Strictly adhere to on-site repair regulations: Standardize high-voltage electrical operation procedures, implement protective measures for battery repairs, and properly dispose of waste materials according to classification. Eliminate incompatible operations. Synchronously complete repair records after tasks to ensure data transparency and traceability.
- Assist inspectors in repair quality audits and provide detailed information on the repair process. Participate in technical team meetings, provide feedback on technical challenges encountered in practice, and contribute first-hand experience to improve the fault code database and training materials.
- Collaborate with technical trainers in skill enhancement programs. Proactively learn technical updates for Yutong's new vehicle models, master the use of dedicated maintenance tools and equipment, and continuously improve operational and problem-solving capabilities.
