**We’re hiring: Product Validation Lead at Chall**

Now we’re looking for a
**Product Validation Lead**
to help us get to product-market fit faster — by making sure we build what truly matters.
**Mission**
Accelerate our path to product-market fit by validating ideas early, reducing waste, and maintaining release confidence.
This is not a traditional QA role. It’s a
**product thinking role at the core of how we build.**
**What you’ll do**
- Pressure-test ideas before we build them
- Validate user flows and onboarding experiences
- Define and own critical-path release checks
- Join user conversations and extract real insights
- Track friction, drop-offs, and recurring issues
- Design and run lightweight experiments
**What this role is
