**About us**
Interiørverkstedet is an established and professionally run joinery company based in Ski (approx. 30 km from Oslo), with around 40 skilled and motivated employees. We specialize in high-end, custom-made interiors, from exclusive furniture to complete interior solutions. Due to increasing demand, we are now looking to strengthen our production team.
**Your responsibilities**
Depending on your experience, you will work with one or more of the following:
- Production of custom-made furniture and interiors
- Operation and monitoring of CNC machines
- Assembly and installation
- Collaboration with designers and project managers to ensure high-quality delivery
**Qualifications**
- Experience in production, carpentry, CNC, or similar work
- Trade certificate (carpenter, cabinet maker) is an advantage
- CNC experience is a plus
- Technical understanding and interest in craftsmanship
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Detail-oriented and quality-focused

- Positive and collaborative
- Passion for craftsmanship and good solutions
**Language**
- Norwegian or English required
- German is a plus
