**Assignment Description**
The consultant would step in and take ownership of a large, ongoing strategic go-to-market initiative. The project is highly cross-functional and involves a broad stakeholder landscape, so we are looking for someone who can quickly create structure, drive alignment and move the work forward with a high degree of independence.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the strategic go-to-market initiative, ensuring alignment across different functions.
- Facilitate collaboration among diverse stakeholders to achieve project goals.
- Implement project plans, monitor progress, and adjust as necessary.
- Communicate effectively with all levels of stakeholders to drive engagement.
- Identify risks and challenges, proposing solutions to keep the project on track.
- Report on project performance and outcomes to relevant stakeholders.
**Qualifications**
- Senior profile with experience from Nordic and/or global organisations
- Strong project/programme management capabilities
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Solid experience leading complex go-to-market initiatives
Nice to Have:
- Experience with positioning, value propositions, messaging or broader product marketing
- Experience from the automotive/mobility industry
