Semine is looking for an Onboarding Manager (formerly Project Manager) based in Oslo to lead onboarding projects and help finance teams succeed with AI-powered automation. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping customer experiences and supporting the company’s international growth.
**About the position**
This is a direct recruitment, which means that the recruitment process is handled by Bravura, but you will be employed directly by Semine.

**What this role involves:**
In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with sales, product, and delivery teams. You’ll train superusers, guide finance teams, and ensure customers get the most value from Semine’s platform from day one. It’s a role with high visibility, impact, and opportunities for growth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead onboarding projects and ensure timely, high-quality delivery
- Act as the main point of contact for customers during onboarding
- Train superusers and finance teams to maximize platform adoption
- Provide feedback and insights to product and development teams
- Build strong, long-term relationships with customers
**We believe that you have:**
- Experience in Customer Success, Project Management, or similar roles
- Background in accounting, auditing, or financial controlling
- Knowledge of ERP systems and invoice workflows
- Fluency in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken
You are relationship-oriented, focused on customer success, able to manage multiple projects independently, meet deadlines under pressure, and enjoy finding solutions with customers that drive success for both them and Semine.
