Connector Subsea Solutions (CSS) is a leading provider of innovative technologies and services to the subsea industry. As we continue to grow, we are now seeking a structured and proactive Project Manager to join our **Deepwater Solutions** Division.
As Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful execution of projects from initiation to delivery. You will coordinate project resources, lead internal and external communication, ensure compliance with CSS standards, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our products and processes. The role requires strong leadership, technical understanding, and the ability to drive progress in complex project environments.

**Kvalifikasjoner:**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or similar technical field.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in project execution within industrial, energy, or engineering environments.
- Understanding of relevant offshore standards (NORSOK, ISO, API).
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project).
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Business Central) and procurement tools.
- Strong communication, analytical and leadership skills.
- Fluency in English; Norwegian language skills are considered an advantage.
