About the position

This is a part-time consulting assignment that varies in employment rate and working hours, depending on our customers' needs. You will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant at our customers in Central Gothenburg. Working hours are arranged based on needs between 07-17.00 Monday-Friday.

Job Responsibilities

In the role of receptionist, you will work to receive visitors and guide them to the right part of the offices, notify booked and spontaneous visits and answer questions from both staff and external visitors. You will handle bookings for both conference rooms and smaller events and be in charge of library cards and the handing in and handing out of keys. The role also includes work to keep the conference rooms tidy and ensure that they are fresh and inviting. You will also be helpful with technical equipment in the conference rooms. You are also responsible for mail handling, for making error reports and following up on any problems in the properties.
Receive visitors and answer questions
Manage bookings and hand over keys/loan cards
Assisting with technical equipment and keeping conference rooms tidy

Education, experience and personal qualities
You speak and write fluently in Swedish and English
You have good computer skills and are well versed in the Office package.
Other main employment of at least 50%
Previous experience in service work is an advantage
