er who can help us expand our network by identifying and referring highly qualified experts across different fields. This is a unique, performance-based opportunity: instead of a fixed salary, you will ear
**n a referral fee for every expert you refer who is successfully hired - and continue to receive that fee for as long as they remain engaged, building a passive income stream.**

**As a Recruiter, you will:**

- **Proactively source and identify skilled professionals across a variety of industries. You will be responsible for referring experts to join LLM data training projects, offering them fully remote and flexible work opportunities.**
- **Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines, ensuring a continuous flow of qualified experts.**
- **Act as a long-term talent partner, strengthening and expanding our professional community over time.**

**Your Profile**

We are looking for someone who brings both recruiting expertise and strong communication skills:

- Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally across multiple industries.
- Experience hiring in Norway and other Nordic countries where Norwegian is understood, such as Sweden and Denmark, due to strong mutual intelligibility of Scandinavian languages.
- Native or bilingual Norwegian proficiency.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage candidates persuasively.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently.
