**Sales & Applications Specialist – Pathology | Norway**
**Oslo area preferred | Home-based + customer travel | 12-month contract**
We are exclusively supporting a
**fast-growing European healthcare company**
looking for a Sales & Applications Specialist to develop its presence across Norway.
This is a 12-month contract and a remote, field-based sales and applications role, combining pathology expertise, customer relationship management and business development.
**The role**
- Build and develop relationships with hospitals and laboratories across Norway
- Provide product and application expertise to customers
- Identify and develop new commercial opportunities
- Support Norwegian healthcare tenders and purchasing processes
- Manage CRM pipeline, opportunities and forecasting
- Support new product introductions
- Work closely with colleagues across the Nordic organisation
**What we're looking for**
**Essential:**
- Degree as a
**Biomedical Scientist**
or equivalent relevant qualification
- **Strong professional background within pathology**
- Fluent
**Norwegian and English**
- Full driving licence
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Proactive, outgoing and commercially minded
- Comfortable working independently and travelling throughout Norway
**Preferred:**
- Previous
**sales or commercial experience**
- Experience with
**Norwegian healthcare tenders**
- Applications, Product Specialist or other customer-facing industry experience
