Seram Coatings is experiencing rapid growth and is developing a new international industrial platform based on unique patented technology developed at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU). To unlock its global potential, the company is enhancing its commercial efforts and seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead international expansion, market growth, and strategic customer relationships.

**Your mandate:**
- Own and implement the company’s commercial strategy in selected international markets.
- Drive sales growth, manage the pipeline, and prioritize efforts with a focus on expansion and profitability
- Lead complex technical sales processes and industrial qualification programs, working closely with technology and production teams.
- Build and expand strategic, long-term partnerships with global clients.
- Play a key role in the company’s ongoing strategic and commercial growth.
- The role reports to the CEO
**Who we are looking for:**
- Relevant higher education, preferably with a technical or business focus.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate professionally in international and multicultural settings; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong experience in technical sales, business development, or commercial leadership roles.
- Demonstrated ability to build and convert a sales pipeline in global markets.
- Experience with complex decision-making processes, long sales cycles, and industrial clients.
- Comfortable with extensive international travel and working across cultures and time zones.
- Strong commercial instincts combined with strategic insight and execution skills.
