We are looking for a senior electronics engineer to take a leading role in our embedded team and drive the electronics work from concept to production.
We develop drone payloads that unlock the real potential of drones and enable new operational capabilities in defense, security, and inspection. Our systems are already in use with professional customers, and we are now scaling both product and team.
This is a hands-on role for someone who has done this before — and knows how to move efficiently from idea to production-ready hardware.
**What you will do**
- Take technical ownership of electronics across the team
- Design electronics from concept to production
- Build prototypes, test, debug, and iterate
- Develop firmware where needed
- Take products from working prototype to production-ready design
- Drive decisions on manufacturability, cost, robustness, and scalability
- Help prioritize work and guide execution across the electronics team
- Work closely with mechanical design and software/firmware development
- Contribute to solid foundations for testing, documentation, and production
**What we’re looking for**
- You have taken hardware products from concept → prototype → production
- You understand what it takes to make designs manufacturable and scalable
- You are comfortable taking ownership and making decisions
- You are hands-on and enjoy building, not just reviewing
- You work efficiently and keep momentum in development
- You combine technical depth with pragmatism and good judgment
- You help teams move forward by setting direction and priorities
**Background: Bachelor’s or higher in electronics, mechatronics, or similar.**
