**About the Role**
Sperton Global is looking for a
**Senior Full Stack Developer with strong data and AI experience**
to join an exciting project with one of our
**Government clients in Norway**
.
The role focuses on developing and improving AI-powered solutions that can work with multiple data sources. You will contribute to building production-ready AI solutions, preparing data for AI use, and exploring new opportunities within generative and agentic AI.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Contribute to the development and delivery of
**generative AI solutions**
- Build and integrate solutions using
**multiple data sources**
- Prepare, structure, and optimize data for AI applications
- Contribute to the development of
**RAG-based solutions and agentic AI frameworks**
- Develop scalable and production-ready systems
- Support the reliability, scalability, and operation of AI solutions
- Explore and evaluate new AI technologies and use cases
- Work closely with technical and subject-matter experts
- Contribute to
**open-source development**
where relevant
**Requirements**
- Proven experience as a
**Senior Full Stack Developer**
- Strong experience with
**data handling and data-driven applications**
- Experience building and operating
**production-ready and scalable systems**
- Practical experience with
**AI/ML solutions**
, preferably including RAG and/or agentic AI
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and in a structured manner
- Good collaboration and communication skills
- **Norwegian language skills at minimum B2 level**
, both written and spoken
- **English language skills at minimum B1 level**
, both written and spoken
**Nice to Have**
- Experience developing
**RAG architectures**
- Experience with
**agentic AI frameworks**
- Experience with
**observability and instrumentation**
- Experience with
**open-source projects**
- Understanding of AI requirements and frameworks within the
**public sector**
- Experience working with government or other regulated environments
