Your Role: As a Senior Java Developer, you’ll play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and improving their core system. You’ll work closely with a tight-knit team of talented developers who share your passion for creating high-quality software. What You’ll Be Doing: Writing clean, maintainable, and efficient Java code. Actively participating in pair programming to share knowledge and build better solutions. Practicing Test-Driven Development (TDD) to ensure top-notch quality. Embracing XP and agile methodologies to adapt quickly and deliver value. Engaging in collaborative problem-solving to tackle challenges as a team. What We’re Looking For: 5+ years of professional Java development experience. Passion for AI A strong advocate for XP practices, with hands-on experience in pair programming and TDD. Passion for agile principles and iterative development.
