**(Senior) Manager – Digital Transformation**

**Manager or Senior Manager**
to join their Digital Transformation practice in Oslo. This role sits at the intersection of business strategy, organisational change and technology enablement — ideal for a consultant who can bridge technical capabilities with measurable business outcomes.
The successful candidate will bring strong management consulting experience and a proven track record of delivering transformation from initial concept through to full operating model implementation.
- **Key Responsibilities**
Lead and deliver digital transformation initiatives across multiple client environments
- Drive optimisation and modernisation programmes, improving efficiency and performance
- Advise clients on technology enablement and its impact on organisational processes
- Shape and implement new operating models aligned to strategic objectives
- Guide process transformation and organisational change initiatives
- Operate as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, including board-level and C‑suite stakeholders
- Provide thought leadership and help clients navigate complex business and technology challenges
- Support business development, proposal creation, and practice growth
- **Required Experience & Profile**
Prior experience in
**management consulting**

- Strong background in digital transformation, organisational change, and operating model design
- Proven ability to deliver large-scale transformation from concept through implementation
- Experience advising senior stakeholders, including executives and board members
- Strong understanding of business processes, technology adoption, and enterprise transformation
- Excellent communication skills, able to translate complex topics for non-technical audiences
- Strong stakeholder management and client-facing consulting capabilities
