Site Security Manager (SSM)

**About the Role**
We are seeking an experienced Site Security Manager to lead security operations within a datacenter environment. Reporting to the Campus Security Manager, you will be responsible for managing site security teams, overseeing daily operations, ensuring compliance with security procedures, and maintaining a safe and secure environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead and develop site security teams, including training and performance management.
- Oversee daily security operations and ensure compliance with site procedures.
- Manage security systems, including CCTV, access control, and incident reporting.
- Maintain security documentation and support audits and compliance requirements.
- Identify security risks and implement improvements to strengthen site resilience.
- Act as the main point of contact in the absence of the Campus Security Manager.
**Qualifications & Experience**
- Previous experience in security management or a similar operational leadership role.
- Proven people management experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of CCTV, access control, and incident management systems.
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Flexible approach to working hours and emergency response requirements.
