We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Software Engineer with a strong engineering mindset to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and deploying full-stack features for our core platform. The ideal candidate is a problem-solver at heart, passionate about building robust, scalable, and maintainable systems using modern technologies.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality, scalable, and secure software solutions across the full stack (front-end and back-end).
- Architect and implement GraphQL APIs using Hasura and custom resolvers to provide efficient data access for client applications.
- Develop and maintain backend services and serverless functions using Node.js, integrated with NHOST and PostgreSQL.
- Build dynamic, responsive, and user-friendly web interfaces using React.
- Containerize applications using Docker to ensure consistency across development, staging, and production environments.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to translate requirements into technical deliverables.
- Promote code quality through unit and integration testing and active participation in code reviews.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues across the application stack.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing knowledge and best practices within the team.

**Must-Have Qualifications**

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional software development experience.
- Proven hands-on experience with the core technology stack:
- Backend: Node.js
- Frontend: React
- Database: PostgreSQL (including schema design and performance optimization)
- API & Services: GraphQL, Hasura, NHOST
- Containerization: Docker
- Strong understanding of software engineering fundamentals, data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.
- Demonstrated experience with unit testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library, Mocha, Chai) and a commitment to writing testable code.
- Proficiency with version control systems, preferably Git.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.

**Good-to-Have Qualifications**

- Proficiency in Python or Java for backend development or tooling.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps principles.
- Experience with performance monitoring and optimization tools.
- Understanding of agile development methodologies.
- Exposure to AI technologies or frameworks.
