**Intro**
Are you curious about how great digital products are built? Eager to learn by doing? We’re looking for 2 Software Engineer Apprentices to join our team and grow into a skilled developer through hands-on experience, mentorship, and real impact.
You’ll work alongside experienced engineers, contributing to real projects while developing your technical skills in a supportive and inclusive environment.
**What You’ll Do**
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Contribute to development of features and improvements in our products
- Collaborate with engineers, designers, and product managers
- Learn and apply best practices in coding, testing, and deployment
- Participate in code reviews and team ceremonies (standups, retros, etc.)
- Troubleshoot bugs and support ongoing improvements
- Continuously learn and develop your technical and professional skills
**Who You Are**
- We believe you are someone who is motivated to learn and grow. You don’t need to know everything yet, potential and mindset matter most.
- Currently studying or recently completed education in software engineering, computer science, or similar (or equivalent experience)
- Some experience with programming (e.g. through studies, projects, or self-learning)
**Technical Skills (hard Skills)**
- Basic understanding of programming (e.g. JavaScript, Python, Java, or similar)
- Familiarity with version control (e.g. Git) is a plus
- Interest in modern development practices

- Curious and eager to learn
- Collaborative and enjoys working with others
- Structured and able to follow through on tasks
- Open to feedback and continuous improvement
