In this role, you will be crucial in optimizing the revenue engine, which involves lead generation, marketing, sales, and customer success. **Accountabilities**
- Oversee and optimize lead flow from Lead Gen, Marketing, and outbound campaigns.
- Build processes for qualification, routing, follow-up, and nurturing leads.
- Ensure quick and consistent actions on every lead to improve conversion rates.
- Analyze lead quality and provide feedback to improve targeting.
- Create dashboards for daily/weekly lead performance tracking.
- Manage budget allocation and associated costs.
- Own and manage CRM, automations, sequences, and lead routing logic.
- Implement workflow automations to accelerate lead progression.
- Identify leaks and bottlenecks in the sales funnel.
- Develop improvements to enhance conversion metrics.
- Build dashboards and reports for leadership on performance analytics.
- Ensure collaboration among Lead Gen, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
**Requirements**
- Experience in RevOps, Sales Operations, Lead Generation, or related fields.
- Strong expertise in CRM and automation tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
- Ability to analyze large volumes of lead and sales data.
- Understanding of sales funnels, lead qualification, and revenue metrics.
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Familiarity with automation tools and an experimental mindset.
