At Höegh Autoliners, we are on an ambitious journey to shape the future of green and digital shipping. As a
**Strategic Projects Manager**
, you will be at the centre of this journey, working on high-impact initiatives that help shape our strategy, improve business performance, and create long-term value.

Reporting to the
**Head of Corporate Projects**
, you will work closely with senior leaders and colleagues across functions, regions, and business areas. Each project is sponsored by the CFO and governed through a steering group of relevant Senior Management Team members, giving you high visibility and the opportunity to influence important business decisions.

**What You’ll Do**

You will take an active role in some of Höegh Autoliners’ most important strategic and corporate initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:

- **Lead and contribute to strategic projects**
from initial problem definition and analysis through implementation and follow-up.
- **Break down complex business challenges**
into clear, structured problems and develop data-driven insights and recommendations.
- **Turn insights into action**
, working with teams across the organization to implement solutions and deliver measurable outcomes.
- **Partner with senior stakeholders**
to build alignment, maintain momentum, and ensure effective execution.
- **Work across functions and geographies**
, collaborating with colleagues and project teams to address business-critical priorities.
- Help identify and shape
**new opportunities for growth, efficiency, and value creation**
across the business.

**What We’re Looking For**

We are looking for a curious, analytical, and pragmatic problem solver who enjoys working where
**strategy meets execution**
.

You may be a great fit if you have:

- **3–5 years of relevant experience**
, ideally from management consulting, business transformation, strategy, or a similar problem-solving environment.
- An
**MBA or equivalent advanced degree**
.
- Experience defining, solving, and implementing complex business challenges.
- Exposure to
**commercial topics**
such as product, pricing, or revenue optimization is an advantage.
- Experience with
**operational optimization**
such as fuel, stowage, or other efficiency initiatives is a plus.
- Experience using
**data and technology to improve processes, workflows, or business performance**
is highly valued.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data and insights into practical recommendations.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the confidence to engage and influence people across different levels, functions, and geographies.
- A proactive, hands-on approach and the drive to move initiatives from
**idea to execution**
.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
