We are looking for a team leader with broad industry experience within a range of lamination techiques, such as hand lamination, vacuum infusion, prepreg, LRTM and more.

**Key responibilities**

Ensure progress of projects according to defined plans.

Cooperate with Plant Manager to allocate resources; (wo)manpower, space and materials

Cooperate with QA-manager to ensure deliveries are accoring to spec

Defining and reporting KPI's

Cooperate with Engineering dept to ensure design quality

**Qualifications**

Several years of team leading experience in the composite industry.

Extensive expereince with tool making, design for manufacturing and different production techniques.

EU-citizenship or a Norwegian working visa is mandatory

Innofiber is a relatively young company, located in Fredrikstad, Norway.

We manufacture components for a wide range of industries, mostly subsea and defence. We are invested in a wide range of techniques and are not limited to the current techniques, if a new correct project requires other techniques to be used.
