**Job Description**
We are looking for a
**UI Designer**
to work with our design team. Our designers are responsible for understanding user needs, advocating for the customer, and rapidly ideating variations in order to meet user needs. Our ideal candidate is proficient at distilling complex processes into simple diagrams, user flows, wireframes, and is practiced at documenting design thinking. They follow best practices, validate their hypotheses with data and/or research, and value engineering and product input on iterative approaches to product design. You are passionate about improving the utility, usability and desirability of software and can juggle working on multiple products. We are looking for team members who value exploration and variation, who speak candidly, obsess over the details, and who fiercely advocate for the user.

Roles & Responsibilites

Implement the strategy, planning and execution of UX and UI related design activities.

Participate in strategic planning as well as talent recruitment and development.

Translate business, technical and user requirements into compelling, usable designs for web responsive and mobile app solutions.

Experience building prototypes with Sketch and Invision.
