This is a consulting assignment that lasts 6 months full-time starting September 15. You will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant at Essity. There are opportunities to extend the assignment.

We are now looking for an analytical and business-driven Unit Controller for Essity - a leading global hygiene and health company. They increase people's well-being through their products and services and work to sustainably develop, produce, market and sell first-class products within hygiene and health. Essity's sales take place in approximately 150 countries and they have around 46,000 employees worldwide. The position is located at Essity's site in Falkenberg.
Job responsibilities
In the role of Unit Controller, you will be responsible for financial monitoring and analysis of the business, both in terms of production and distribution. You work closely with the business and are an important part of identifying areas for improvement and driving cost-effective solutions.
Perform thorough cost driver analysis and follow-up on budget variances
Develop data for decisions regarding process optimization and cost savings
Maintain ongoing dialogue with the business to understand and influence KPIs and results
Participate in budget and forecasting work and financial reporting
Be a role model for safety and quality in all aspects of work
Education, experience and personal qualities
Relevant university education in economics or similar
At least 3 years of experience as a controller, preferably in manufacturing or distribution
Good understanding of financial ratios, cost calculations and Cost of Goods Sold (COGS)
Very good knowledge of Excel and experience with financial systems and reporting tools
Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

You have an analytical mind and enjoy finding solutions that create value both in the short and long term. Communication is one of your strengths, and you can convey complex information to different parts of the organization in a clear and committed manner. You are flexible, responsible and happy to contribute to a positive and developing team climate.
