We are now seeking a Warehouse Coordinator, responsible for maintaining and overseeing inventory and supplies by receiving, storing, and delivering items. This includes supervising installation, mechanical and electrical works conducted by subcontractors in our test facilities. Organizing and leading logistics operations for the project.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage warehouse inventory and conduct regular warehouse checks to ensure stock accuracy.
- Maintaining and monitoring all inventory documentation from suppliers when required.
- Review timeliness of scheduled deliveries.
- Monitoring purchase orders.
- Ensure that facility equipment is properly maintained.
- To coordinate and organize deliveries against customer orders.
- Supervision of installation, mechanical and electrical works conducted in our test facilities.
- To maintain, organize and operate both test facilities as required for each phase during the project.
- Optimize warehouse processes to improve efficiency and productivity
- Analyze warehouse data and reports
- To support and lead SICE logistics operations for the project
### **Requisitos mínimos**
- Forklift License T1 and Driver's License Class B.
- Previous experience in similar roles highly regarded
- Highly organized and efficient working manners
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Responsible and accurate
- Good execution skills
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Oral and written Norwegian and English will be required
