Your Responisibilities
- Manage and coordinate all warranty claims, assessments, and approvals for marine handling products
- Collaborate with service, engineering, and quality departments to identify root causes and preventive measures
- Maintain and develop warranty policies, procedures, and documentation in alignment with global standards
- Monitor warranty costs, trends, and technical feedback to improve product performance and customer experience
- Serve as the primary contact for internal and external warranty-related inquiries, ensuring timely resolution and communication
**Your Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, maritime technology, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in warranty or service management within marine or heavy equipment industries
- Strong technical understanding of hydraulic, mechanical, and control systems in marine applications
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and handle complex customer cases
- Excellent analytical, communication, and reporting skills with proficiency in ERP and CRM systems
