DC People

For over 10 years, DC People has focused on one thing: data center recruitment and staffing across Europe. Not IT generally, not construction generally, specifically the people who design, build, operate, and secure data centers.

As part of CTS Group, we connect skilled professionals to careers within one of Europe's fastest growing data center builders, and we stay with you well beyond your first day.

Behind every profile is a real person and a real career. That's what we're built around:

We show up for you, not just your CV.
Honesty you can count on.
‣ You're never just a number.
‣ We grow because you grow.
‣ Stronger together.
‣ Everyone belongs here.
‣ We Show Up For You, Not Just Your CV
