We’re looking for a driven and ambitious Account Executive to join our SME sales team and play a key role in expanding our customer base in Norway. In this role, you’ll own the full sales cycle — from building pipeline and creating opportunities to closing deals and growing long-term customer relationships.
You’ll work with businesses across industries such as construction, logistics, utilities, manufacturing, and wholesale, helping them solve operational challenges through smart, value-driven solutions. **What You’ll Do**
- Identify and win new SME customers across your market
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to signed agreement
- Lead discovery conversations and uncover customer needs
- Present tailored solutions and demonstrate clear business value
- Build strong relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders
- Maintain an accurate pipeline, forecasting, and CRM management
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a great customer experience
**What we’re looking for**
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally within SaaS, technology, telematics, or solution sales
- Proven track record of generating new business and achieving sales targets
- Strong consultative sales and relationship-building skills
- Confident communicator with excellent presentation and negotiation abilities
- Self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven
- Comfortable managing a high-activity sales environment
- A collaborative team player with a growth mindset
