**The Role**

We're looking for an Account Executive who can own the full sales cycle—from prospecting to close. You'll be selling to Sales Directors and VPs, helping them understand how to get the best out of their teams by influencing the right behaviors and building a high-performance sales culture.

This isn't transactional software sales. You're positioning strategic change—which means you need exceptional discovery skills to understand each leader's challenges, the discipline to prioritize what moves deals forward, and the ability to articulate how behavior change drives revenue results.

You'll report to our Global Sales Manager and work in an environment where your results directly impact your earnings and career trajectory.

**What you'll do**

- Drive new revenue growth in your territory through your own outreach and cultivation of inbound leads. Guide your clients through the sales process from initial outreach through demos, and any contract or subscription agreements
- Conduct remote & in-person meetings/presentations for C-level executives and key stakeholders
- Take ownership of the full sales process within your pipeline, from the prospecting until the effective hand over to our Customer Success team
- Continually build and maintain a robust sales pipeline of new business and provide accurate forecasts
- Work with Customer Success team to identify and win upsell opportunities
- Meet (and exceed!) quarterly sales targets that offer generous commissions

**Who you are**

- Have 1-3 years experience in software sales, or similar client-facing roles, ideally in a high-growth or startup environment
- Driven and ambitious individual seeking rapid growth.
- Outstanding verbal and written skills as well as interpersonal skills.
- Collaborative, solutions oriented, and comfortable with operating in an ambiguous environment and high growth business
- Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment
