Role Description
This is a
**full-time, remote role**
.
As a
**Sales Development Representative (SDR)**
, you will handle
**inbound demo requests**
, run
**live online product demos (Google Meet / Zoom)**
, and guide prospects through the platform with a clear focus on
**conversion to paid customers**
.
You own the demo experience — from first meeting to follow-up — and are measured on
**conversion rate and sales impact**
, not activity for activity’s sake.
Qualifications
- Experience in
**sales, client acquisition, or inbound lead conversion**
- **Strong communication and presentation skills (comfortable leading live demos)**
- **Ability to understand business needs and clearly explain product value**
- **Structured, self-driven, and comfortable working remotely**
- **Basic understanding of ERP systems or SaaS products**
is an advantage
- Fluent in
**Norwegian and English**
(spoken and written)
- Experience from the
**fittings industry or B2B SaaS**
is a plus — not a requirement
