Eiffage Génie Civil operates across all civil engineering specialties. Our teams work from design through to construction, as well as in maintenance, repair and demolition, in France and internationally.
Through its projects, Eiffage has a strong ambition: to actively contribute to building a more sober and sustainable world. This commitment to social and environmental responsibility is embodied in an ambitious low-carbon strategy aimed at accelerating the ecological transition that is present in our various projects.
To achieve these projects, we share the same values: Responsibility, Exemplarity, Trust, Transparency, Lucidity, Courage and Pugnacity. Major projects that you may already be familiar with the Millau Viaduct, the Greater Paris metro lines and stations, the Louis Vuitton Foundation, and the Bordeaux tramway, to name but a few.
**YOUR FUTURE ENVIRONMENT**
We are in an exciting period of new opportunities in Europe. We are strengthening our international team and have recently opened several positions to work within our EIFFAGE Infrastructure branch, EIFFAGE Génie Civil NUF, based in Kristiansand or Porsgrunn, Norway.

Your responsibilities will include:
**Accounts Payable Management:**
- Manage and process accounts payable, including receiving and verifying invoices.
- Ensure Purchase Orders (PO) are properly actioned and that invoices correspond to the purchase orders.
- Define and implement validation workflows based on analytical axis mapping.
- Ensure supplier statements are reconciled on a regular basis as per the agreed schedule, and any queries are dealt with/escalated promptly.
- Record billing transactions (suppliers, subcontractors).
**General Accounting Operations:**
- Perform bank reconciliations.
- Book monthly accruals.
- Maintain proper bookkeeping in line with applicable financial regulations and legislation.
- Prepare documentation for balances of assets & liabilities accounts.
**Financial Compliance & Support:**
- Contribute to the preparation of various tax declarations (e.g., VAT, corporate tax) by providing necessary accounting data.
- Participate in internal and external audits by preparing requested documentation and explanations.
**Process Improvement & Data Management:**
