**The Role:**
AutoStore is establishing a structured approach to AI adoption across the organization. The HR / Legal / Strategy functions need dedicated focus: someone who understands executive priorities, can identify where AI creates real value, and has the practical capability to make it happen.
This is a new role. You will sit within the Strategy function, reporting to the Chief Strategy Officer, and work closely with the executive leaders like CEO, CSO, CHRO and Legal Counsel. You will be expected to drive change, not just advise on it.
**Key Responsibilities:**
**Identify and develop AI opportunities**
- Map the executive teams for automation opportunities, productivity improvements, and new AI use cases.
- Scope and validate ideas: separate what is worth building from what sounds good on paper.
- Own the initiative pipeline for your scope — from idea through experiment to production-ready handover.
- Track outcomes: hours saved, tools adopted, capability improvements.
**Drive adoption and build capability**
- Help people in these functions change how they work, not just which tools they use.
- Identify individuals who can develop into AI “Translators” — people who will bridge business needs and AI solutions independently over time.
- Coordinate relevant AI training for these functions, from basic productivity tools to more advanced applications.
- Make adoption visible at the top of the organization. When leadership works differently, the rest of the company follows.
- Work in close collaboration with the IT teams as well as other champions to drive the AI agenda across AutoStore
**Support executive-level AI priorities**
- Support AI topics related to people and workforce: capability mapping, AI literacy measurement, and the organizational side of AI change.
- Support on AI topics that require cross-functional coordination or executive communication.
- Provide grounded, practical input — not just strategic framing. You will be expected to know what is actually feasible.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- 2–3 years of experience in a role spanning business analysis, consulting, operations, or AI enabled initiatives, with evidence of driving measurable business outcomes.
- An analytical mindset with clarity and rigor of thought.
- Demonstrated ability to rapidly vibe code an idea from inception to proof of concept, while identifying pitfalls along the way.
- Hands on experience applying AI in production environments, including Generative AI, workflow automation, and AI-powered decision support. Demonstrates practical implementation capability beyond conceptual knowledge or experimentation.
- Exceptional communication and executive presence, with the ability to work directly with senior leaders.
- Entrepreneurial, highly resourceful, and action-oriented, comfortable operating with limited direction, identifying improvement opportunities independently, rapidly testing ideas, and knowing when to pilot, iterate, and scale solutions in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have a Bachelor's Degree from a top tier university, Masters is preferred
**We Offer:**
- A Collaborative & Inclusive Culture where we celebrate and value everyone’s contributions, encouraging diverse perspectives in decision-making.
- Work-Life Balance & Well-being: We offer 1 hour per week of paid exercise, health insurance, and a generous pension plan, prioritizing your mental and physical well-being.
- A Creative and Safe Workplace by joining a company experiencing rapid growth, with the stability of being Norway’s first unicorn listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange.
- International and Supportive Environment within a Norwegian multinational that values collaboration and innovation with a structured onboarding plan and career opportunities within the company
