**Role Description**

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Artificial Intelligence Engineer, based in Oslo with the option for partial remote work. The role involves developing and deploying AI solutions, particularly in the areas of pattern recognition, neural networks, and natural language processing. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and enhance software systems using cutting-edge technologies. The successful candidate will also be responsible for research, optimization, and integration of AI algorithms tailored to specific problem domains.

**Qualifications**

- Strong foundation in Computer Science and Software Development
- Proficiency in designing and implementing Neural Networks and Pattern Recognition systems
- Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) technologies and applications
- Problem-solving skills and ability to work with complex AI systems
- Proven capability to work in a hybrid work model and collaborate in fast-paced environments
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field
- Familiarity with AI tools, frameworks, and programming languages such as Python, TensorFlow, or PyTorch
- Experience in developing user-centered AI solutions is a plus
