**The Role: What is a "Bartender - Hybrid"?**
At Villa Nord, we don’t restrict our team to just one station. As a Hybrid, you are the heartbeat of the guest experience, moving fluidly between
**bartending**
and
**serving**
.


Depending on your shift, you will operate across our Café, Bistro, and Bar spaces to ensure flawless operations during peak hours.


**Key Responsibilities**

- Behind the Bar: Preparing quality coffee beverages during the day and crafting classic cocktails, pouring wines, and serving beers during the afternoon and evening rushes.
- On the Floor: Welcoming guests, taking orders, running drinks, and hosting the seating rows in the Bistro and Bar areas.
- Team Support: Keeping the service area clean, organized, and assisting your team members during high-volume spikes.

**Who You Are**

- Experienced & Knowledgeable: You have a solid foundation in hospitality (Medium+ experience). You already possess the basic knowledge of cocktail builds and understand how to handle coffee beverages/espresso.
- Service-Minded & Polite: You genuinely care about the guest experience. You are warm, professional, and possess excellent communication skills.
- High-Pace Performer: You are energized by a busy floor. You can keep your head cool, stay organized, and maintain a polite attitude even when the venue is completely full.
- Flexible Team Player: You are happy to shake a cocktail, step out to clear a table, or run an espresso to a guest—whatever it takes to keep operations running smoothly.
- Language: Professional fluency in English is required; a Scandinavian language is an advantage.
