**What You Tell Your Friends You Do**
“I’m shaping the visual future of a tech company evolving its brand and digital experience”
**What You Will Really Be Doing**
🤓
**Designing for clarity and experience:**
you’ll work closely with marketing and product to ensure our visual communication is clear, consistent, and human. And, if you’re into UX, you’ll contribute to improving flows and digital touchpoints.
⚙️
**Building and scaling our brand assets:**
you’ll help execute and expand our new brand platform across channels, from digital campaigns and social media to presentations, web components and internal materials.
🔨
**Creating, iterating and refining:**
you’ll design, test, adjust and polish. This is hands-on execution: layouts, illustrations, motion snippets, visual systems, templates and components that strengthen our brand library.
💚
**Making it feel like us:**
you’ll help translate our brand platform into tangible experiences, ensuring everything we put out feels grounded, human and unmistakably ours.

We are preparing the next chapter of our brand journey, and strong, consistent design is critical to how the world will experience it. You’ll be part of shaping how our brand shows up during an exciting growth phase.
**Team**
We’re a tight-knit marketing team of three. We collaborate closely, give honest feedback, move fast and help each other succeed.
2026 marks a major step forward for our product and brand experience. We’re building a more holistic, modern, and scalable brand presence across product, web, and communication.
**Who We Think You Are**

*We believe our product will connect experts across disciplines, domains and industries.*
For decades, siloed information and lack of collaboration have hindered teams working in heavy-asset projects. Solving that is our main priority - but only the beginning.
We say we see things differently, but people rarely accept
*different*
if it doesn’t also mean
*better*
. So we have to show our clients that we can deliver better for them and that’s why we’re recruiting the best from all over the world to help us.
At Aize, we know what happens when you give the smartest of us the tools to succeed.
