Business Development Manager - Polyurethane Grouting


POLY INJECT is a rapidly growing regional leader in Polyurethane Grouting growing an average of 20%+ each year, over the last 13 years!


POLY INJECT is seeking an experienced and motivated top-of-the line Business Development Manager to join our Team.


The manager is responsible for networking, reaching out, presenting, and meeting with potential customers and professionals to educate them and determine the customers’ concerns, estimate, and sell projects by offering solutions to resolve the issues.


We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead growth initiatives for our polyurethane grouting division. This role focuses on identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and expanding our footprint in commercial, residential, industrial, and infrastructure sectors. The ideal candidate has experience in specialty construction or ground improvement solutions, particularly with polyurethane injection or similar geotechnical services.


**Key Responsibilities:**

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities for polyurethane grouting in target markets (e.g., infrastructure, commercial, residential, industrial, municipal).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with engineers, contractors, property managers, building owners, and municipal decision-makers.
- Develop strategic partnerships and alliances to enhance market reach and brand presence.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to guide sales strategies.
- Deliver technical presentations and support proposal development in collaboration with estimators and operations.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure client satisfaction and alignment of expectations.
- Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings.
- Track and report sales metrics, forecasts, and pipeline development to leadership.
- Maintain a strong understanding of polyurethane grouting applications, benefits, and technical capabilities.
- Conduct on-site inspections; diagnose water intrusion, settlement, and other geotechnical issues.
- Educate clients on the issues and provide solutions for their concerns and issues.
- Provide the client with professional and accurate proposals.
- Meet or exceed established sales and development goals.
- Commitment to continually grow, improve, and execute the sales process.
- Represent the company in a professional manner.
- Accurate, timely follow-up, and reporting.

**Minimum Qualifications:**

- Must have three years prior experience in business development, technical sales, account management in construction, geotechnical, or infrastructure sectors.
- Experience with ground improvement, soil stabilization, or polyurethane injection services is strongly preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to present technical solutions clearly.
- Proven ability to generate leads and close sales in a B2B environment.
- Self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong work ethic and integrity.
- Strong listening, follow-up, and closing skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to pass a background check and valid driver’s license.
