**Role Description**
We are seeking Business Partners (Frilans, Deltid) to join our mission in the Greater Oslo Region. This is a contract-based, hybrid role. Responsibilities include identifying partnership opportunities, strengthening community engagement, and promoting Algorithmics' programs to local networks. The role requires significant interaction with parents, schools, and local organizations, alongside the development and execution of outreach strategies to foster partnerships that align with our growth goals.
**Qualifications**
- Experience in Business Development, Marketing, and Sales
- Strong Networking and Partnership Management capabilities
- Excellent communication and Negotiation skills in Norwegian and English
- Ability to organize and manage outreach campaigns and coordinate community events
- Motivated by working in the education industry and fostering positive youth development
- Background knowledge on similar roles is advantageous
