Join OSM Thome as a Catering Assistant on our chemical tankers trading worldwide. You will support the cook and crew with daily food service and galley work, helping to keep a clean, safe and well-organized working and living environment on board.

- **Key responsibilities:**
- Assist the cook in preparing and serving meals for all crew and officers
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in galley, mess rooms, store rooms and pantries
- Handle dishwashing, cleaning of galley equipment and waste segregation
- Receive, check and store food and catering supplies properly
- Follow food safety, hygiene and health regulations at all times

- **Requirements:**
- Previous experience as Catering Assistant / Messman or similar position at sea preferred
- Basic safety training and valid STCW certificates as required
- Good English communication skills
- Fit for duty with valid medical certificate
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to work in a multinational crew
