Stillingsbeskrivelse

**Own the full commercial journey, from strategy to signed deal**

Qondor is the Nordic leader in meetings and events management software, with strong and growing traction in the UK and beyond. Our platform replaces a patchwork of tools with one connected workflow, from first request to final invoice.

In 2025, around 44,000 events were delivered through Qondor across more than 15 countries. More than half of our ARR already comes from outside Norway. Backed by leading B2B software investor Monterro, we are entering a new phase of structured international growth, with a clear ambition to achieve fivefold ARR growth over the next five years.

We are now looking for our
**Head of Sales**
, a commercial leader who will own the entire sales journey and build the organisation that gets us there.

**The role**

This is a high impact and highly operational role where you will set the direction for Qondor's commercial function while still rolling up your sleeves and closing deals yourself. You will report directly to the CEO and play a central role in the leadership team. You will join an established commercial core and quickly begin shaping it into a scalable international sales organisation.

In year one, we expect you to hire two to three new colleagues. Over time, you will put in place the playbook, structure, and culture that enables the team to win independently, without relying on you to close every deal.

We are investing heavily in AI across our platform, and we expect our Head of Sales to lead by example by using AI tools to sharpen prospecting, outreach, pipeline management, and follow up.

The role involves regular travel. You enjoy being in the room with customers, whether in the Nordics, the UK, or further afield.

**What you will do**

- Own and execute the commercial strategy from first opportunity to signed contract
- Build, hire, and develop a high performing international sales team
- Define the right customer segments, go to market approach, and sales playbook
- Drive forecasting discipline and CRM excellence
- Actively use AI tools to improve team output and commercial efficiency
- Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success
- Contribute to leadership team decision making and board reporting

**Who you are**

- **Proven B2B sales experience**
. You have sold complex solutions yourself and have a strong instinct for what moves deals forward, from first conversation to signature.
- **Sales leadership experience**
. You have built and led sales teams in scaleups and know how to hire and develop high performers.
- **An entrepreneurial mindset.**
You are equally comfortable running a compelling demo as you are revisiting targets and refining ways of working.
- **Structured and persistent**
. You bring discipline to your planning, follow through relentlessly, and show grit when the going gets tough.
- **Direct and warm.**
You give honest and clear feedback and expect the same in return. You build trust quickly and get people on board.
- **Curious about AI**
and eager to use it to work smarter. You are already exploring how it can sharpen your team’s output.

**What’s in it for you**

- A key role in a fast growing international company with strong domain expertise and a clear European footprint
- Opportunity to influence strategy and direction from day one
- A solid commercial foundation to build on, including an experienced sales core and established international contractor relationships
- A collaborative leadership team with high ambitions
- Access to knowledge sharing through Monterro and a network of peers across approximately 30 software companies in the Nordics
- A social work environment characterised by collaboration, culture building, and high commitment
- Competitive terms and pension scheme
- Flexible working arrangements
- Modern office in the centre of Oslo
