**Role Description**

We are looking for motivated and 
**talented Computer Vision / AI Engineers**
 to join our core team and help build the AI engine behind Autolyzer. You will work directly with the founder to develop, test, and improve core parts of the product. In this role, you will develop and implement machine learning algorithms for computer vision applications, enhance neural network architectures, and optimize models for performance and accuracy. Additionally, you will collaborate with a dedicated team to design and execute software solutions, contribute to system integration, and stay updated on advancements in AI technologies.

This role is ideal for people who want practical experience in 
**software development or AI**
in a startup environment.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Develop AI models that detect and analyze vehicle damage from images.
- Build computer vision systems that identify damaged vehicle parts.
- Estimate damage severity using image-based analysis.
- Train and fine-tune deep learning models on large datasets of damaged vehicles.
- Implement object detection and segmentation models for precise damage localization.
- Design and maintain model training pipelines and evaluation frameworks.
- Improve model accuracy and robustness using new architectures and datasets.

**Qualifications**

- Background in 
**Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI, Data Science, or a related field or equivalent practical experience.**
- Programming experience and skills
- Experience building 
**object detection models**
 (YOLO, Detectron, Mask R-CNN, ...) is a plus
- Knowledge of 
**image segmentation techniques**
is a plus
- Experience building and maintaining model training pipelines
**,**
 AI/ML, APIs, or web development
- Self-motivated and comfortable learning independently and ability to learn quickly
- Knowledge of AI trends and advancements is highly desirable

This is an unpaid internship designed for people who want practical startup exposure and hands-on experience building a company from the ground up.
