is currently hiring
**Critical Operations Technicians**
(COT) to our to datacenter campuses in the greater Oslo area. Our COT's provides 24×7 on-site technical coverage and are responsible for the real-time operation of critical infrastructure, ensuring safe, reliable and efficient campus operations with maximum uptime.

COTs act as first-line responders to alarms and operational events, executing approved procedures and following STACK’s incident management and control-of-work processes. They support planned and unplanned activities while maintaining continuous monitoring, clear ownership and operational stability across the site.

**Key Responsibilities**

**24×7 Monitoring & Incident Response**

- Monitor critical systems (BMS/EPMS/SCADA) and respond to alarms as first-line support
- Stabilise incidents with focus on protecting critical load and minimising risk, and escalate as required
- Maintain continuous monitoring coverage, clear alarm ownership and accurate incident documentation

**Operations, Maintenance & Change Support**

- Execute approved procedures (SOPs/SMPs/MOPs) to ensure safe and stable operations
- Support troubleshooting, fault response and system recovery
- Perform inspections and performance checks to identify risks early
- Support preventive maintenance and vendor-led activities safely and in compliance

**Control of Work & Site Support**

- Operate within permit-to-work and structured safety processes
- Support switching, isolations and authorised critical activities
- Participate in pre-job planning and ensure proper close-out documentation
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to protect uptime and operational continuity

**Skills and Qualifications**

- Experience from critical environments (Data Center experience preferred)
- Technical background in electrical and/or mechanical systems
- Understanding of critical infrastructure and redundancy principles
- Ability to read technical documentation and troubleshoot systematically
- Relevant trade qualification or technical certification
- Professional proficiency in Norwegian and English, both written and verbal
