We are now looking for a customer service employee for new exciting assignments in Gothenburg.
In the role of customer service employee, you will primarily work with incoming questions from customers via telephone, chat and email. You will be a central contact point for customers in the role where you focus on communication and follow-up. An important part of the work is to offer customers customized solutions to their requests.

Areas of responsibility
Continuously work with order administration and feedback management from customers.
Answer customers' questions via telephone, email and chat.
Follow up and ensure that customer inquiries and problems are resolved in a satisfactory manner.
Qualifications
Have experience from customer orders via email, telephone and customer portals.
Have experience from service and customer service.
Previous experience of international work and towards the Nordic market is an advantage.
Have an interest in working and communicating with people.
Fluent in spoken and written English, additional knowledge of a Nordic language is a strong advantage.
Have good computer skills.
Have a high school diploma.
